showflat.app · New Launch Singapore
Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This policy explains how New Launch Singapore ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It covers:
- the guides on showflat.app;
- the lead forms in our ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google;
- RESAI, the assistant our property agents use to manage enquiries and to create ads, including our Meta app ("Leadgen") and its Facebook Login.
1. What we collect
- When you enquire through a lead form, WhatsApp or a showflat.app page: your name, phone number, email address and the answers you give (for example the number of bedrooms you are looking for), the project you asked about, and the date and time.
- When you browse showflat.app: technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We do not use advertising cookies on showflat.app, and the guides keep any units you save in your own browser only.
- When an agent connects Facebook to RESAI with Facebook Login: the agent's Facebook user ID and name, the Pages and ad account the agent chooses to connect, and the permissions the agent grants (such as managing the Page's lead forms and creating ads on the agent's own ad account).
We do not collect NRIC numbers through these forms, and we do not ask for payment details.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send you the information you asked for (such as floor plans and prices), and arrange showflat viewings.
- For agents: to deliver each enquiry to the agent whose ad or link you used, and to let agents create and manage their own property ads.
- To keep our services working and secure, and to meet legal and regulatory duties (including those of the Council for Estate Agencies).
We use your data only for these purposes, or as you agree or the law allows. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.
3. Who we share it with
- The property agent who handles your enquiry.
- Service providers that run our services on our instructions: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google, Telegram, and Cloudflare (which hosts showflat.app and protects our servers). We may also use AI service providers to help process and draft replies to enquiries; they may use the data only to provide that service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take steps so that your data keeps a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
4. Facebook data
Data we receive from Meta through Facebook Login and lead ads is used only for the purposes in section 2, for the agent and Pages that connected it. A Facebook sign-in that lets RESAI create ads is kept for at most one hour and then deleted. RESAI creates ads only when the agent asks, and creates them paused. We do not combine Facebook data with other sources to profile anyone, and we follow Meta's Platform Terms.
To remove RESAI's access, go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove "Leadgen". To ask us to delete the data we received from Facebook, see section 7.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while they are needed to follow up with you, and delete them no later than two years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Sign-in tokens are kept only as long as section 4 says.
6. How we protect it
Enquiries are stored on our own server in Singapore, in files that only our systems can read, and travel over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can ask what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it, and ask us to correct it.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time, and ask us to delete your data (including data we received from Facebook). We will act within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
- To stop marketing messages, reply "stop" or tell us. We check the Do Not Call Registry before calling or texting numbers that did not give us consent.
8. Contact
Data Protection Officer: Barry Chew, WhatsApp +65 8685 5899. Please say "Privacy request" and the phone number or email you used, so we can find your data.
